Sew, Sew much!

A weekend quilt retreat was just what was needed.   Lots of sewing, much laughter and fellowship from friends.   Quilts nearing completion are always a great thing!   What a great group.  I have learned sew much!

Exciting news!   A customer called to rave about my "Breathe" product.   Although created as a product to open up passageways and relieve headaches, I have had many people tell how it is relieves their pain!  Relief from knee, hip, back and now carpal tunnel pain.  
This customer had surgery on one hand and didn't want to go through it again, but her other hand was really hurting.   She has been rubbing "Breathe" on her hands at night and has no pain and is able to sleep through the night without pain!   Wow!   Incredible stuff. Many of the essential oils have pain relief properties.   How great is that?!   Not a list of chemicals with side effects, but natural healing good for you stuff.   This same customer said her husband is now using it for body pain and it is helping him.  Another returning, happy customer.   I love it!   

Spring is here!   At least for the next few days.  I have to say it is welcome around here and the smell is nothing you can describe.  Clean, natural, essential.    Did you know that essential oils have the properties of nature in them to help in areas that is beneficial and healing to our bodies?      Take soybean oil.  It naturally has insect-repellent properties in it!   Or how about peppermint essential oil,  it is a deodorizer, antiseptic, astringent, and cooling herb.  Great for opening up breathing airways as well as energizing and awakening you!

The birds are happy and busy, snow is mostly gone, and Spring is pushing at us with much awaited anticipation.  Lots of changes, welcome changes.  Good, simple, easy lifestyle things I enjoy.
A Natural Essential is also undergoing changes.   Good things.   Simple things.   Healthy changes. Simplicity.
Only natural scents, but NEW scents are coming:   Lemon Whip.  Lime Fresh.    More good things, better ingredients as I am always researching and trying to improve an already great product. 
I am also going to have lotion pumps, so there will be the option on easy pump on lotion available.

A fresh new day, a new start, new beginnings.   Mornings are just for that.
